FOODIE FRIDAY!

We are back at one of my favorite days of the week here on the blog!  I love sharing pictures and information from the great food at Walt Disney World on FOODIE FRIDAY!

The picture below is from our dinner at California Grill on October 13, 2012.  We absolutely love this restaurant for it's atmosphere, the staff, the view and mostly the food!

We (especially me) adore sushi, and I myself could live on it if I had to.  This Dragon Roll is beautiful.  Now, since the refurbishment of the entire restaurant, some changes in staff also happened.  The sushi chef  Yoshie Cabral, 63, is a culinary artist, is now gone. One of a handful of  female sushi chefs in the United States, Cabral had been part of the California Grill since the restaurant opened 15 years ago at Walt Disney World.
