As we started our coverage of Disney dining locations at the Disneyland Resort in California, we continue this week with our visit to the Downtown Disney District.
Today we look at Naples Ristorante E Pizzaria. This is a table service location that has seating inside, and out. It is a contemporary Italian trattoria. They have a lunch and dinner service with a menu that includes pizza served in individual portions, or to feed a family. Also on the menu are salads served tapas style. pastas and seafood.
According to the Disneyland website:
Not Your Everyday Italian
A grinning pizza-toting harlequin welcomes you at the entrance, promising both good food and good times. With a spacious 2-story dining room inspired by Carnivale, authentic wood-fired pizzas and an award-winning wine list, this locale is one of the premier dining destinations of the Downtown Disney District.
While known for its thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas, Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria has many more tantalizing specialties to choose from: oven-roasted sandwiches, an array of house-made pastas, hearty entrées such as grilled seabass and more. Gluten-free pasta is available upon request, and junior chefs can even try their hand at making a mini pizza! A kids’ menu complete with fun puzzles and games is sure to please the 10-and-under set.
A whimsically appointed dining room with yellow-splashed walls, blue-painted skies, harlequin-checked banquettes and a stunning 2-story wine storage case offer plenty for your eyes to devour as you anticipate your meal. Inside this cavernous case, you’ll find a staggering selection of California and Italian vintages, including more than 20 wines by the glass, available to Guests 21 and over. A selection of beers, including Moretti draft, is also served.
Upstairs dining features more of that sunny Mediterranean vibe, while a huge, airy balcony allows sweeping views of the Downtown Disney District amidst romantic shrubbery and string lights. Even more seating is available on the ground-level patio, whose focal point is a charming pergola.
Below are some food selection photos I ran across.

Adjacent to Naples, is Napolini. This is the quick service spot that also serves Italian fare but on the simple side. They also carry a selection of grab-and-go items as well.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner items are available here.
I hope you enjoyed this little tour of these two locations at Downtown Disney in California. Stop back next week to see what we can find of interest. Have a great week, everyone!
