First up is The Jungle Navigation Skipper Canteen in Adventureland in the Magic Kingdom. I have dined here before, and loved it so I am going back. This will be dinner on day one of my trip.
Are you aware of the back story for this location? It's fun and interesting! Information taken from the My Disney Experience page is the following:
Welcome to the Jungle!
This beautiful steak salad is what I am thinking about ordering, but the whole fish and fried chicken pictured below are also possibilities.

The next day I take myself to Epcot where the International Food & Wine Festival will be winding down. I'm going to have a few things that I know I really like from previous years, and try a few new things during the day.
For dinner however, I am going to be trying the new location in the Japan pavilion, Takumi Tei. This is a pretty pricey location. I know the Omakase Tasting Menu is $130.00 per person, and takes 2-3 hours to get through. That is not in my budget, so I am going with something else off the menu that is less expensive, and more in my wheelhouse for taste and time. They actually have a pretty small menu so it was not hard for me to make up my mind what I am going to try.
Here is some interesting information posted on the My Disney Experience page:
Inspired Flavors
Takumi-Tei in Japanese means HOUSE OF THE ARTISAN. I really can't wait for what I think is going to be a beautiful place, and artistic presentation of food. I have no photos and not looking them up as I want to be totally surprised when I walk in. I want to be able to visually drink it all in for the first time with no spoilers. I have posted the menu below so you can see that.
