Honoring Walt Disney on the Anniversary of His Death
Today we honor the wonderfully talented genius, Walt Disney. Today marks the 49th year since his passing on December 15, 1966.
It always makes me wonder how things would have progressed with the studios, and the parks if he had not passed at such a young age.
All we can be thankful for now, is the fact that he did such remarkable things while he was with us, and for that I will be forever grateful.

FIREWORKS FRIDAY!
Fireworks Friday from New Fantasyland Little Mermaid area. It was great to see the Little Mermaid colors in the fireworks behind the attraction to make it all come together. from Moments of the Magic by Joe Diebold.
FOODIE FRIDAY! Napa Rose at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
One of the locations that has been recommended by many people I know through social media have suggested the following location to us for our trip to Disneyland in September of 2016.
It really seems like a place that has the food and atmosphere we enjoy for fine/signature dining.

Farm-to-Table Fare Executed with Flair
An innovative and frequently changing menu presents the potential for delightful new surprises with every visit. Pan-roasted diver scallops with lobster-lemon sauce, Portobello mushroom bisque "cappuccino," the Asian "smiling tiger salad" of tempura lobster and spicy beef, and signature wood-fired pizzettas offer enticing ways to begin—or are a meal in themselves.
