The food court at this location is called Pepper Market and looks to have some interesting selections.
Pepper Market is a fairly large court that has a large seating area and seven different food stations.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are all available here.
Below are a couple of the lunch/dinner selections. Crab Cake Sandwich and below that the Texas Bacon Burger. Both look very good.
From what I have read in several different publication, the court is fairly busy on weekdays due to the large convention area it has on property, and convention goers do eat here as they stay on site. Hopefully since we are going to spend more time away than at the resort, we won't have issues.
