This location is known to some as the "Jungle Cruise Restaurant." That of course is not the name. I would rather refer to it as the Skipper Canteen for short.
It's run by "off-duty" Jungle Cruise skippers.........hence the name. The entire ambiance from the attractions runs deep into the dining location. The menu consists of Asian, African and South American flare as experienced in the Jungle Cruise itself. The Canteen is open for lunch and dinner, is a table service location opening at 11am daily. Reservations are highly recommend .
There are three different dining rooms you can sit in. The crew's "Mess Hall", the Jungle Room and the S.E.A. Room.
Featured appetizers like Ginger's "Croc" of hot and sour soup are just a small example of cleaver names of dishes on the menu.
Entrees include sustainable fish, rice noodle bowls, vegetable stew and so on.
